Bryant is currently President, Harper Communications, a national cloud services company located in Aurora, CO. He is a 30 year veteran of the customer service, call center and telephony industries. He has designed numerous programs to increase agent performance and revenue generation. In addition, Bryant has extensive experience in all contact center components and functionality such as ACD, IVR, predictive dialers, etc.
Harper Communications is an authorized dealer for Microtech-Tel cloud computing, IT managed services and cloud communications as well as both FreedomVoice and TelCentris hosted IPBX VOIP products.
Some of Bryant’s career highlights:
At Hill & Associates, Bryant specialized in call centers, and designed and implemented “ Call Center of the Month”, October 1994 and “ Call Center of the Year” in Call Center Magazine, January 1995.
At Hill & Associates, Bryant designed an Interactive TV Call Center for Bell Atlantic’s FutureVision.
At Hewlett Packard, Bryant was the Telephony Engineer that technologically outsourced all of Hewlett Packard’s Bay Area Call Centers in 2000.
At Hewlett Packard, Bryant was involved in the development of the computer telephony product which was eventually sold by HP to Cisco as the Cisco Call Manager.
Bryant is certified on Cisco Call Manager, Northern Telecom and Siemens switches. Bryant has extensive experience with most PBX products including Avaya.
At Tele-Communications, Inc., Bryant created the Customer Service performance standards for Cable TV Call Center operations adopted by the National Cable TV Association.
At Tele-Communications, Inc., Bryant designed “The Customer 1st”, a customer service training program used in over 600 Call Centers.
Bryant maintains nonprofit experience as a member of the Board of Directors for Developmental Pathways, Inc., the Colorado Women's Employment and Education (CWEE) Board of Directors, Montclair Academy Board of Trustees and Prison Fellowship Ministry (PFM) Ministry Leadership Team
