Customer Technology and Support Center
Our technology partner, Microtech-Tel, has created an intelligently designed Customer Technology and Support Center with its combined Microtech-Tel Data Center and Network Operations Center (NOC).
State of the Art Facilities Staffed 24/7/365
There are at least 15 certified system engineers deployed in the NOC on a 7/24/365 basis. There is always a live person available to take customer’s calls and address customer’s concerns. The system engineers are CCNA, CCNP, MCSE certified and Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, etc., certified and qualified to expertly troubleshoot and resolve customer issues immediately.

One Hour Service Level Agreement
Because of the quality of our partners, cloud computing customers are provided an almost unprecedented One-Hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) to its customers. Other companies typically have a 4 hour response time and provide fewer services and fewer resources.
High Levels of Security
Through the Data Center, all customers have available redundant CPUs, firewalls, system backups and storage to ensure that customer data and functionality is available on a 99.999% uptime basis. High level encryption of your data is provided on all data communications and storage. Most data security breakdowns occur because of not encrypting data both while in use and in storage.
Use What You Need
Most services are purchased through a monthly subscription for service model allowing the customer “elasticity” with their services, applications, equipment and financing to expand and contract their business IT operations as required.
